Terms Of Agreement

     I. The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. This includes keeping this puppy/dog parasite free and up to date with vaccinations, proper nutrition, which consists of a good quality professional feed given at regular intervals, and fresh water available at all times. The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the dog, and to never allow the dog to roam freely without proper fencing or supervision. The Seller strongly recommends that the puppy/dog be micro-chipped in order

to facilitate his-her return if lost or stolen.

    II. The Seller guarantees this puppy/dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and deworming(s) will be provided by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 10 Business Days for a physical examination. Should puppy/dog be determined to be in ill

health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, the dog may be returned for refund of the purchase price, "For Pets/Spay-Neuter Contracts Kink Tails or Over/Undershots Are Not Health Related"   No other guarantees are given. “FOR PET/COMPANION” Seller guarantees the said dog is a purebred American Bully, offspring of the previously mentioned Sire and Dam who have NO Known Genetic Hip/Elbow Dysplasia, Patella, Eyes,  and Heart. Seller DOES NOT guarantee the color or size of the said dog. We DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS. We are not to be held responsible for skin and coat problems that are common for dogs with the mainly white coat or blue coloring. The blue coat coloring in most breeds is associated with skin problems, some of which are not responsive to treatment. Blue coated dogs of all breeds are more prone to bacterial, viral, staph, and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demuxed, and color mutant alopecia. While some of these conditions are hereditary many of them are simply the result of the blue coat coloring. All skin problems I know of are easily and inexpensively treated. Not all blue or white coated dogs are affected

      III. If at any time the Buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, the Seller is to be notified and given first option of resuming full ownership of dog in order for the Seller to locate this dog a new home. NO Refunds. The dog will be returned with all paperwork and medical records. The Breeder/Seller reserves the right to approve/prohibit any transfer of this animal to a third party Sale or Re-home or Giving Away. Under no circumstances will this dog be sold, leased, traded or given away to any pet shop, Family or Friends, research laboratory, animal shelter or similar facility.

     IV. The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller immediately if any questions or concerns arise about the dog, such as housing, diet, health, or training. The buyer agrees to keep the seller informed of any treatment as it occurs. This provides the Breeder/Seller with an opportunity to follow up on puppies and gives us important feedback and information on the health or our dogs for future generations.

    V. It is understood at the time of sale that this dog is a quality representative of its breed; it is structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion and/or obedience dog. Training classes are recommended for a happy relationship between the dog and family.

    VI. The preceding paragraphs contain conditions established to ensure the well being of the dog. The Buyer‘s agreements will continue for the dog’s life and the Seller will have the right to enforce the agreements at Buyers Expense Including and not limited to Legal Fees and or Transport Cost.
